This photograph was taken on Magheraclogher Beach in Donegal, Ireland, and depicts a wrecked fishing vessel known as Bád Eddie (or Eddie’s Boat as it is called locally) which has lain on the beach since the 1970s. Built in France and bought by a local fisherman named Eddie, the boat found worldwide fame when it featured in a music video for Donegal group Clannad along with U2 frontman Bono.
